1. Create a sms START and send it 1925

2. Download proxy droid From here

3. Install it make sure you have enable unknown sources in the settings

4. Open it and grant root

5. Now go to proxy droid configuaration and enter followimg details :

Host : 202.56.230.6

Port : 3128 or 8080

Proxy Type : HTTP

6. Then tick on Proxy Enable Switch

7. Finally click on save and connect to internet.

Note :- This trick will work only in rooted device and in blocked sim. This trick is comfirmed working in M.P. and try in your state.
