If you're a Android User (Xiaomi Users Most) then you may irritated by "Female for English (India)" notification.
Actually It is not a bug. Voice packs that are required for Google is getting downloaded automatically over your Wi-Fi network.
So here is solution for that problem.
Steps to Remove "Female For English" Notification:-
• Goto Settings > Language and Input
• Scroll down and Select Text-to-speech Output
• You will find a Setting icon infront of Google Text-to-Speech engine option, Click on that Icon
• Click on "Install Voice data"
• You will get a list of all languages.
• Select English (India) from the list.
• Cancel downloading By Clicking On "X" Mark Or delete file (If you want you can re-download it)
• That's it! Now just reboot and see whether it still showing under notification panel.
Tested in Redmi Note 3 & Worked :)
