Jio to Launch 4G VoLTE Feature Phone at Just Rs.500 On July 21st

Good news for all the Reliance Jio fans.Reliance Jio is going to launch it’s much-awaited 4G VoLTE feature phone within this month at low price then you expected!


The price is kept as low as Rs 500 and this is expected to take the whole telecom industry by storm. According to an Economic Times report, the HSBC research note says the Jio 4G VoLTE feature phone will be subsidised by as much as $10-15 (roughly Rs. 650-970) in order to achieve the price point of Rs. 500. The company is said to have placed an order of 18-20 million units for the handsets with Chinese vendors such as Zhejiang Techain Electronics Technology Co., Shenzhen CHINO-E Communication Co, Crave and Megaphone. Shipments will start in late July or early August.


With the introduction of this new 4G handset by Reliance Jio, a major portion of the lack of availability of affordable 4G handsets in the market is being seen to be sorted out.


There is absolutely no second thought about the fact that till date, out of the telecom giants, Reliance Jio is that one brand which has never really stopped it’s “What’s New’ game in the market, which at the same time also keeps a special space for consumer satisfaction by fulfilling multiple requirements like, affordable data and now affordable handsets too.
