8- Now, Customers will Earn 1 Litre free fuel on purchase of 5 Litre or more fuel thru HP Refuel in a single or multiple transactions, subject to maximum of Rs 100.
9- Free fuel will be given in the form of Reward Points called Drivestars in HP Refuel program, in the following month (1 Drivestar = 1 paise). For example,

  1. if a customer buys 2 Litres of Petrol thru HP Refuel on 10th September 2018 and 3 Litres of Petrol thru HP Refuel on 21st September 2018, he will be eligible for free fuel of 1 Litre petrol which will be credited to his reward account in the month of October 2018
  2. if a customer buys 2 Litres of Petrol on 10th September 2018 and 3 Litres of Diesel on 21st September 2018, he will be eligible for free fuel of 1 Litre Diesel which will be credited to his reward account in the month of October 2018
  3. if a customer buys fuel at various outlets of HPCL as 2 Litres of Petrol @ Rs 81 per Ltr thru HP Refuel on 10th September 2018 and 3 Litres of Petrol thru HP Refuel @ Rs 80 per Ltr , he will be eligible for free fuel of 1 Litre petrol at average petrol price of Rs 80.5 per Ltr which will be credited to his reward account in the month of October 2018
  4. if a customer buys fuel at various outlets of HPCL as 2 Litres of Petrol @ Rs 81 per Ltr thru HP Refuel on 10th September 2018 and 3 Litres of Diesel thru HP Refuel @ Rs 77 per Ltr , he will be eligible for free fuel of 1 Litre Diesel at average Diesel price of Rs 77 per Ltr which will be credited to his reward account in the month of October 2018
10- Reward points will be credited to his /her reward account for the eligible customers only on minimum loading of Rs 100/- into HP Re-fuel wallet in the following month. These drivestars will be valid for redemption for a period of two months from the date of issue.
11- In addition to this, Customers will be given flat Rs.10/- as “Campaign Participation Bonus” for first Transaction done during campaign period on a minimum transaction value of Rs. 100/-. This will be credited to HP Re-Fuel Wallet on next day,

Terms & Conditions-
  1. This campaign is open to all HP Re-Fuel Customers. The mere participation in the campaign implies acceptance of terms and conditions of the campaign.
  2. Customers can download HP Re-Fuel App thru Google Play / Apple Store or Web Portal www.hprefuel.com and are advised to go through Terms & Conditions.
  3. This campaign is applicable on purchase of Petrol, power, Diesel and TurboJet, thru HP Re-Fuel Loyalty Program such as HP Re-Fuel Card, Cardless, QR Code and Paycode.
  4. This campaign will commence at 00:00 hours on Sept 01, 2018 and closes at 23:59 hours on Oct 31, 2018.
  5. Customers will be given flat Rs.10/- as “Campaign Participation Bonus” for first Transaction done during campaign period on a minimum transaction value of Rs. 100/-. This will be credited to HP Re-Fuel Wallet on next day, subject to technical issues, if any.
  6. Customers can Earn 1 Litre free fuel on purchase of 5 Litre or more fuel thru HP Refuel in a single or multiple transactions, subject to maximum of Rs 100.
  7. Free fuel will be given in the form of Reward Points called Drivestars in HP Refuel program, in the following month (1 Drivestar = 1 paise). For example,
    1. if a customer buys 2 Litres of Petrol thru HP Refuel on 10th September 2018 and 3 Litres of Petrol thru HP Refuel on 21st September 2018, he will be eligible for free fuel of 1 Litre petrol which will be credited to his reward account in the month of October 2018
    2. if a customer buys 2 Litres of Petrol on 10th September 2018 and 3 Litres of Diesel on 21st September 2018, he will be eligible for free fuel of 1 Litre Diesel which will be credited to his reward account in the month of October 2018
    3. if a customer buys fuel at various outlets of HPCL as 2 Litres of Petrol @ Rs 81 per Ltr thru HP Refuel on 10th September 2018 and 3 Litres of Petrol thru HP Refuel @ Rs 80 per Ltr , he will be eligible for free fuel of 1 Litre petrol at average petrol price of Rs 80.5 per Ltr which will be credited to his reward account in the month of October 2018
    4. if a customer buys fuel at various outlets of HPCL as 2 Litres of Petrol @ Rs 81 per Ltr thru HP Refuel on 10th September 2018 and 3 Litres of Diesel thru HP Refuel @ Rs 77 per Ltr , he will be eligible for free fuel of 1 Litre Diesel at average Diesel price of Rs 77 per Ltr which will be credited to his reward account in the month of October 2018
  8. Reward points will be credited to his /her reward account for the eligible customers only on minimum loading of Rs 100/- into HP Re-fuel wallet in the following month. These drivestars will be valid for redemption for a period of two months from the date of issue. For example
    1. If a customer got 7500 drivestars (Rs 75) as campaign reward points on 05.11.2018 for the purchases made in October 2018, he can redeem these points on or before 04.01.2019
    2. For redeeming 7500 Drivestars (Rs 75), customer has to exercise the option of redeeming campaign drivestars. Upon doing so, the wallet will get added by Rs 95.
  9. Cash in lieu of points will NOT be given.
  10. Membership to the HP Re-Fuel Program shall be at the sole discretion of HPCL.
  11. In case of loss of the card / forgotten User Name / Password, Customers are requested to download HP Re-Fuel Mobile App. Thru Google Play or App Store and Click Forgot Password to generate User Name and Password
  12. HPCL shall not be liable for problems faced by the customer while using HP Re-Fuel on account of poor or bad or no network connection or due to any other reason, though reasonable attempts will be made to rectify the issue.
  13. Fuels will also be available for purchase without participation in this campaign.
  14. No correspondence will be entertained with regard to the campaign.
  15. Disputes if any will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
  16. HPCL reserves the right to change, amend, extend and cancel the campaign or any part thereof without any prior notice or giving any reasons.
  17. Participation in the campaign will be treated as void wherever such campaigns are prohibited under local laws.
