TERMS & CONDITIONS
This program is managed by Future Retail limited (hereinafter referred to as “FRL”)
Special Assistance facility will be available on www.bigbazaar.com on first come first serve basis only.
This facility is exclusively reserved for Persons with Disabilities(PWD)
Wheel Chair, Shopping Assistant or any other agreed facilities will be subject to availability at store.
Company is not liable to pay any costs, charges, expenses, reimbursement of any kind.
Company and its officer, director shall not be liable for any injury or damage to person or property of the customer during availing facilities.
One slot booking per customer and Incase of multiple entries, FRL has the right to cancel/discard the booking.
No cancellation or slot change will be accepted once registration is done
The booking is valid only for registered date and time only
You can enter the BIG BAZAAR store during its working hours to shop but special Assistance feature would only be available in the slot booked by you
There will be Priority counter for easy Billing, which will be used for special Assistance holders
In case customer cannot make it on the time slot chosen for special Assistance, the facility stands void and BIG BAZAAR will not be held responsible.
The booking is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
SMS/Email/Print-out of the confirmed booking as well as valid photo ID is required to avail the special Assistance facility.
FRL shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change in law or for any technology/network failure or any other reasons beyond its control.
In case of any dispute, the decision of FRL shall be final and binding on all concerned and Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.
FRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately.
The Program is for retail consumers only.
Terms and conditions set herein shall be governed by the laws of India only. Dispute, if any arising under the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
Name, photos of the customer or photos and videos of the customer during availing facilities would be used by the Company in media for promotion/ communication purpose.
Company may refuse to provide facilities due to indiscipline behavior of the customer.
